Empties: #4

1. Guci Envy Me EDT Notes: Peony, Pink Pepper, Pineapple, Pomegranate, Lychee, Sandalwood, Musk  I would describe this scent as floral, somewhat sweet (not overly sweet), classy and a bit tangy. The longevity is not that great it's about 2-3 hours. I got this perfume a long time ago, at the time I enjoyed the smell but my taste has since changed and I'm not really a fan anymore. But the bottle is beautiful. Would I repurchase? No 2. AVON Wink EDT Top notes: pink grapefruit, cranberry, raspberry, red currant, black currant, blueberry Mid notes: freesia, calla lily, jasmine, water lily, lotus, rose Base notes: blonde wood, musk This scent is extremely fruity and sweet. This is the kind of scent I love but my problem with this is the longevity, it literally lasts an hour on me. Terrible... just terrible. I'm looking for a perfume that suits my taste but that also lasts all day. I think this is discontinued but you can find it on eb...

Empties: #3 (Skincare)

As a reference I have combination skin. Non sensitive and not acne prone.  1. Biore Revitalise 4-in-1 Self Foaming Cleanser This is my second bottle of this cleanser. I love it. For the first few uses it tingles slightly on the skin which I love however the tingling does stop after using the product for a while. It makes my face feel clean without being tight. Would I repurchase? Definitely  2. Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser  This did NOTHING for me. I have blackheads all around my nose and this did nothing to diminish them. The product itself doesn't warm up for long, the heat last for around 10 seconds and really doesn't do anything. It has very, very small exfoliating beads (ingredients) but personally I prefer something a bit more rough because this one just did nothing for me.   Would I repurchase?  Definitely n o 3. Garnier Clean Sensitive 2 in 1 Gentle Make-up Remover Love, Love, Love. This is really good ...

Review: Epic Nail Essentials Foil Kit

I've had little experience with nail foils particularly because my first experience was so bad I didn't want to try another. Overall I have to say the concept behind this product is good but the execution not so much.  Designs There are a lot of options to choose from. There is the option of getting  single  patterns or you can get a kit which has 6 designs  or there is an ultimate pack with all the designs. So you are bound to find a something you like.   Nail Foil Kit - Essentials  What you get Application If you're not good at doing nails in general then you might have difficulties with this product. The first time I tried it only the edges of the nail foil transferred onto my nails. The second time worked a lot better, but there was still a small chunk that didn't transfer onto my nails. There are instructions that come with the pack as well as their website. They were easy to follow but despite this I still had di...

Haul: iHerb.com

I made a purchase on iHerb a while ago. They were having 10% off real techniques brushes plus $5 discount code. Which made the order really cheap. After you make a purchase you receive a code that you can pass on to others which automatically inducts you into the iHerb rewards club. My code is  HFV484  for you'd like $10 off orders over $40 and $5 off orders under $40.  Now onto what I've bought. 1. The Palma Christi Castor Oil - $3.71 This was packaged really well. The fact that they packaged it in plastic bag so it wouldn't leak really impressed me. So well done to iHerb.  2. Organic Cocoa Butter Beeswax Lip Balm - this came free 3. E.L.F Eyeshadow "C" Brush - $2.99 4. Real Techniques Shading Brush - $5.39 (originally $5.99) 5.  Real Techniques Core Collection - $16.19 (originally $17.99) Shipping cost $4. The total came to $27.28 USD.  I was very happy with my purchases. In Australia the core collection alone costs $45. So ...

Empties: #2 (Haircare)

1. Head & Shoulders Eucalyptus  I received this sample from PinchMe (overview coming soon), and loved it. I don't know what it is about the smell but it smelt like candy to me. Surprisingly I got about 5 uses from this tiny sample so I was really able to test it out. If you have a sensitive scalp I don't think this'll be good for you. While it doesn't tingle I would still suggest you stay away. If you have a problem with your hair falling out in the shower I recommend this and the Head & Shoulders anti breakage shampoo. While I still have hair fallout it is about 3/4 less than it used to.  Repurchase: Already have  2. Organic Care Nourish Shampoo  This is a nice shampoo. It smells like coconut and macadamia and it did a good job of cleaning my hair. I used to repurchase this all the time for about a year but I decided to try other products which worked out a lot better for me so unfortunately I won't repurchase it but I loved it whil...
