Haul: January-March 2014

So I have another haul post for you (hope you don't mind). These are things I've bought since the beginning of there year. And here we go.

1. Beauty Care CO Makeup Remover Pads - $2.00 AUD

2. E.L.F Studio Blush in Candid Coral - $8.00 AUD

3. NYX The "it" List the naturals - $29 AUD
I had a $10 Coles Myer so I only paid $19 for this...BARGAIN

4. Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick in 700 Nude Delight - $7.00 AUD
This is being discontinued so I decided to get a back up because it's one of my favourite nudes. And it makes me very sad they're discontinuing it. (image is down below)

I got a $50 Coles Myer gift card from my uncle for my birthday and decided to spoil myself and buy some M.A.C products. Plus I also got a voucher in the mail for 10% off beauty products (with exclusions).

5. M.A.C Fix + - $24.30 AUD ($27.00 RRP)

6. M.A.C Pro Longwear Concealer in NC30 - $28.80 AUD ($32 RRP)

7. Sample of M.A.C Pro Longwear Concealer in NC35
I'm currently in between colours because I tanned over the summer so the lovely lady at the M.A.C counter not only matched me but was nice enough to give me a sample so I can mix the 2 till my tan fades.

8. Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in Juicy Papaya - $7.00 AUD
That's right $7. If you have a CFD in your area I highly recommend checking it out. Their stock isn't as extensive as Priceline or Kmart etc but it's worth checking out anyway.

They had their 40% off cosmetics recently and boy did I take advantage of it.

10. ModelsPrefer Contour Eyeshadow Brush MP21 - $8.99 AUD ($14.99 RRP)

Review: ColorBurst Lipstick in Petal and Peach

Claim: "Revlon ColorBurst Lipstick has a formula that feels weightless on the lips. It includes innovative pigments that delivers high impact colour in one swipe. The elasticolour formulation is designed to distribute rich colour pigments evenly over the lips and allows for a comfortable feel. The formula is also enriched with moisturisers and antioxidants such as sweet almond oil to improve lip texture and prevent drying." (from

Packaging: Love, Love, Love. It's gorgeous. The quilted pattern, the tops (showing quite an accurate representation of the colour) and the way REVLON is embossed on the lpstick itself, reminds me of high-end packaging.

Formula: They are smooth and easy to apply. The colour payoff is actually quite sheer, so to get good coverage you need to really build it up and if you have more pigmented lips then your lip colour will definitely show through. Even with my medium pigmented lips, my natural lip colour shows through.

Empties: #3 (Skincare)

As a reference I have combination skin. Non sensitive and not acne prone.

1. Biore Revitalise 4-in-1 Self Foaming Cleanser This is my second bottle of this cleanser. I love it. For the first few uses it tingles slightly on the skin which I love however the tingling does stop after using the product for a while. It makes my face feel clean without being tight.
Would I repurchase? Definitely
2. Warming Anti-Blackhead Cream Cleanser  This did NOTHING for me. I have blackheads all around my nose and this did nothing to diminish them. The product itself doesn't warm up for long, the heat last for around 10 seconds and really doesn't do anything. It has very, very small exfoliating beads (ingredients) but personally I prefer something a bit more rough because this one just did nothing for me.
Would I repurchase? Definitely no
3. Garnier Clean Sensitive 2 in 1 Gentle Make-up Remover Love, Love, Love. This is really good value for an awesome makeup remover. I only use this for my eye make…
